Seer Signual braced himself against the charge of twenty blood crazed mad men, his trusty blade clasped in his hand. "Blood for the Blood God!" screamed the Khorne Berserkers as they changed, and as the first of their number came close, Signual dashed to the side, avoiding a mighty chain axe. Seeing the right instant to strike, Signual dashed back into the Berserker's side, the armour buckling under the force of his strike, forcing the Berserker backwards. |
Glancing for a second to his left flank, his squad was doing fairly well against these blood red armoured monsters. "Khaine, Kaela, Khaine, Mensha!" Signual chanted under his breath, unleashing a bolt of psychic energy into the incoming Khorne Berserker horde. Three fell to his rage, while another fell to the mighty strikes from Seer Lualil's executioner. However, the Berserkers where still coming, still attempting to bring their full numbers of bear against the Eldar unit. Another three Berserkers leapt forward to engage Signual in bloody combat, the first Berserker struck home, his blade causing mere scratches at his armour, while the second missed completely. The last Khorne follower let loose a clip from his bolt pistol, sending lethal death rip upon Signual squad, two Seers to his left fell. At that moment, a unit of Striking Scorpions which had been watching in a nearby wood leapt out, their mandi-blaster fire silencing the blood lust of a single Berserker. Death would await the Berserker. 'Flee' shouted Signual as his squad leapt back out of the wild swaying of chainswords and chain axes. |
